What happens if my flight/ferry is late?

We always confirm the flight/ ferry arrival times. The driver will wait for all flights / ferries that are delayed and your transfer is provided without any additional charges.

How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?

The driver will normally wait up for you as much as needed. If you discover that your luggage has gone missing, you should inform us as soon as possible by using the phone number shown on the confirmation letter.

What does private transfer means?

A private transfer is a chauffeured car service that ensures that only your party (no matter how big or small) will be on-board. You will also directly to and from your destination.

What happens if i can’t find the driver?

You will have full details and the emergency telephone number of your supplier on your confirmation e-mail. Please call your supplier and you will be directed to your driver.

Is the transfer direct or do we stop en route?

Is cancellation free of charge ?

In the event that you cancel your reservation 24 hours before the agreed pick up time you get a full refund.

What happens in case i do not wish to use the services
